Are you ready?



Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Sales Support Specialist to work in Roanoke, Richmond, Charlottesville or Waynesboro, VA. The Sales Support Specialist is a liaison and the advocate for the client between Sales, Sales Engineering, Hosted Design, Project Management/Coordination Team and others. The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for day to day operations in supporting the Enterprise Sales Division in all markets consisting of pre-sale and post-sale processes.



The successful Sales Support Specialist is highly organized and detail oriented, creative, energetic and a self-starter who has at least 1 year of telecommunications or technology sales/order processing experience. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships, as well as strong
communications skills is critical to the success of this role. The Support Specialist will use Microsoft Dynamics along with other systems to maintain customer order details.
